Wagering requirements apply to bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 — meaning a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The specified wagering requirement must be met to convert bonus funds to cash.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another user.

55bb's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on active play. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Detailed terms related to VIP benefits are subject to change.

55bb may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or information
• Illegal or suspicious transactions
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure, and funds that have not met wagering requirements may not be withdrawable.
